Elvis Presley was clearly a mystic and an
occultist. The following was reported in the May 1992 CIB Bulletin
concerning Elvis:
"Elvis Presley claimed that he was
guided by a voice that at first he believed to be that of his dead brother.
He stated, 'I heard that same voice and thought it was my brother. That's
what I thought. I didn't know. I heard this guidance ... That's why I'm here
and why I'm doing this [music career]. This didn't just happen. This wasn't
mere happenstance.'"
"Larry Geller, Elvis's close personal friend and author of the book If
I Can Dream says, 'In Adler's The Initiation of the World,
she speaks of a group of spiritual masters called the White Brotherhood,
whose job it is to oversee human affairs. Elvis believed that he was working
under the aegis of these masters ... in Elvis' mind, his life was being
directed divinely by the Brotherhood of Masters and illuminated beings,
enlightened entities that have existed since time immemorial. And he truly
felt he was chosen to be here now as a modern-day savior, a Christ.
...'"
Does this sound like the testimony of a
child of God or a child of the devil? A child of God, says Billy Graham! In an
article in the 4/16/92 issue of USA Today, Graham stated that he
expects to spend eternity with God, the great, and the good -- including Elvis
Presley. (Reported in the 5/15/92 Calvery Contender.)
